名匠茶 宇治玉露・名匠茶 宇治煎茶には、いずれも京都府南部で栽培された茶葉を使用しています。玉露には覆い香と呼ばれる香と、苦渋味が少なくまろやかな味わいがあり、また、煎茶には爽快な香りとコク・渋味と旨味が調和した味わいがあります。

おいしいいれ方 (1人分)
名匠茶 宇治玉露
1. 沸騰したお湯を50℃にさまします。
2. 小振りの急須に茶葉3g(大さじ軽く1杯)にお湯20mlの割合で入れ、約2分半おきます。
3. 最後の一滴まで残さず注ぎきってください。
名匠茶 宇治煎茶
1. 沸騰したお湯を70℃にさまします。
2. 急須に茶葉3g(大さじ軽く1杯)にお湯60mlの割合で入れ、約1分半おきます。
3. 最後の一滴まで残さず注ぎきってください。

English Introduction
◆We have produced “Meisho” from Aracha (semi-finished tea) grown and semi-processed by a member of Fukujuen’s Meisho-kai (a club of tea masters, who have won the prizes at Japanese tea competitions).
This product is an assortment of Gyokuro and Sencha which were grown in southern part of Kyoto prefecture.
Gyokuro is grown under the shade to avoid direct sunlight. Therefore, Gyokuro has unique smell like a green laver. This tea has a mild, but refreshing taste.
Sencha has fresh fragrance and good combination of bitterness and mellow taste.
Please enjoy the tea grown in the best tea area and produced by one of the best tea masters.
