茶の木 ティーバッグ煎茶 CHA-no-KI Teabag Sencha
朝晩の寒暖の差が大きく、急峻な山間部にある茶園で薫風が吹くころに摘みました。太陽の光を浴びて真っ直ぐに育った柔らかな若芽は、摘んでからすぐ揉み、針状に細長く撚り上げると、爽やかな香りと程良い渋みのバランスが良い煎茶になります。三角ティーバッグタイプですので、急須がなくてもカップに入れて浸出するだけで美味しいお茶を飲むことが出来ます。

淹れ方
湯温は、器から器に移すたびに、約5℃～10℃下がります。お使いになる急須や湯呑みを使っていただくと器も温まり、適温でお召し上がりいただけます。 三角錐のティーバッグなので従来の平袋タイプより浸透性が優れ、味・香りが引き立ちます。カップからティーバッグを取り除くときは、ティーバッグをティースプーンの背でカップへ軽く押しつけてお茶を出してください。2煎目もおいしくいただけます。2煎目は、90℃のお湯100mlで約30秒おいてください。水出し茶でお楽しみいただく場合は、ティーバッグ3ケと冷水500mlで約20分おいてください。渋みの少ないまろやかな味わいのお茶になります。
