茶園を探訪し、その代表的な銘茶産地として宇治を選び、二百有余年の伝統の技術でこだわりの香味に仕上げました。玉露の生産地として名高い宇治玉露は、旨味の多い味わいが特長です。
We have selected the best teas from famous Japanese tea producing areas such as Uji.We have made the aromatic teas using our over 200-year-old traditional techniques.Uji Gyokuro came from the famous Uji-Gyokuro area (Kyoto,Nara,Mie and Shiga)and has a lot of umami(good taste).
おいしいいれ方(1人分)DIRECTIONS(For 1 serving)
Place 3g(about 1 tbsp)of tealeaves into the pot.
50℃にさましたお湯20mlを注ぎます。Pour 20ml of hot water(50℃).
約2分半おいて最後の一滴まで残さず注ぎきってください。
Steep it for 2.5min.Then pour the tea to the last drop.
※お好みにより、茶葉の量・浸出時間を調整してください。※一度お使いになった茶葉は、時間の経過で腐敗や変質しますので、必ず新しい茶葉とお取り替えください。熱湯の取り扱いには十分ご注意ください。
※Please adjust the amount of the tealeaves and steeping time if you like.※Caution!:Be careful of hot water.Do not use leftover tealeaves again.Use up the contents as soon as possible.Store in a cool, dry place and avoid other lingering scent.
