玉露『瑞福』は、茶摘み前に覆いをかけ、
日光を遮り特有の
香気と旨味を引き出したお茶です。
The tea bushes are kept in the shade before the
tealeaves are
picked. This traditional method results
in a tea that has a unique aroma and sweetness.
おいしいいれ方(1人分)
急須に茶葉3g(大さじ軽く1杯)を入れます。
50℃にさましたお湯20mlを注ぎます。
約2分半おいて最後の一滴まで残さず注ぎきってください。
DIRECTIONS(For 1 serving)
Place 3g(about 1 tbsp)of tealeaves into the pot.
Pour 20ml of hot water(50℃).
Steep it for 2.5min.Then pour the tea to the last drop.
