かりがね玄米茶 白雲
良質の緑茶を精選する際に出る、茎茶(かりがね)と炒り米をブレンドして仕上げた、香ばしいお米の香り漂うお茶です。

おいしい淹れかた
<お湯で淹れる場合>
1.急須に茶葉4g(大さじ1杯)を入れます。
2.熱湯130mlを注ぎます。
3.約30秒置いて最後の一滴まで残さず注ぎきってください。
<お水で淹れる場合>
フィルター付きボトルや大きめのティーポットに、かりがね玄米茶をスプーン3杯(約8g)と水500mlを入れ、冷蔵庫で1時間ほど置いてお召し上がりください。
普段は熱湯で淹れて香ばしい香りを楽しむ玄米茶を、冷水で抽出することですっきりと、さらに旨味もお楽しみいただける飲み方です。
お召し上がり時のご注意
※お好みにより、茶葉の量・浸出時間を調整してください。
※一度お使いになった茶葉は、時間の経過で腐敗や変質しますので、必ず新しい茶葉とお取り替えください。
※熱湯の取り扱いには充分ご注意ください。
English Introduction
◆Based on the traditional technique of the famous Japanese tea producing area of Yamashiro in Kyoto, HAKU-UN is a mixture of stems of Sencha and roasted rice.
◆Directions (For 1 serving)
1. Place 4g (about 1 tbsp) of tealeaves into the pot.
2. Pour 130ml of boiling water.
3. Steep it for 30sec. Then pour the tea to the last drop.
◆How to cold brew Karigane Genmaicha
Put 3 spoonful (around 8g) of Karigane Genmaicha and 500ml of water in teapot or filtered water bottle, then place in the refrigerator for minimum 1 hour.
Enjoy the refreshing taste and umami of Karigane driven out from the slow cold brew process.
◆Notice
※ Please adjust the amount of the tealeaves and steeping time if you like.
※ Caution! : Be careful of hot water. Do not use leftover tealeaves again. Use up the contents as soon as possible.
※Store in a cool, dry place and avoid other lingering scent.
