How to make an order for Fukujuen's products from outside of Japan.
Our online shopping service is available only in Japan.
There are two ways for international customers to purchase our products.
1) We have opened an online store for shipping to the U.S. & CANADA, Australia.
Customers who wish to send to the above Countries, please enter the store from the banner below and make your purchase. The shipping company is DHL.
We plan to expand the number of countries we can ship to in the future.
2) For shipping to other countries, please use the mail form from the banner below.
Payment for 2) is only available through PayPal. We appreciate your understanding.
In case 2), We use DHL or Japan express(EMS) properly depending on the situation.

The information we want is as follows.
- Seven digit number shown with each product
- Product's name (if possible)
- Quantity of each product
- Your full name, phone number and address where you can receive your order.
- Your email address where we can contact you.
- If your e-mail address is incorrect, we will not be able to response to you. Also, some special domains in some countries may not be able to send or receive e-mail from Japan. If you have not received a response from us for more than 10 days, please try and change your e-mail address.
Upon receipt of your order form, we will e-mail you the total cost including the price, shipping cost and PayPal charge for your order. Please note that depending on the rules or regulations of your country or area, you may have to pay Import Tax, VAT (Value Added Tax) and/or Customs Duty locally in addition to the total cost you paid for your order. It will take a few days for your order to reach you. We cannot ship our products to some countries or areas. If your address is in such a country or area, we will advise you by e-mail.
Shipping status during the COVID-19 pandemic although it has not recovered normally, we can deliver many countries. If you would like to purchase our teas, please don't hesitate to let us know.

We can deliver our products to your hotel if you plan to travel to Japan or you are travelling in Japan at the moment.

- We will try our best to deliver orders made during your stay. Please contact us for more details.
- Please give us accurate details including the name of your hotel, your name (and the name of your tour if you are on one) and the date you wish the delivery to be made.
We only accept payment through PayPal.
We will ship your order after we have received payment. Shipping within Japan will be made with Yamato Transport.
You can also purchase our products in our store nearest to your hotel.
