伊右衛門抹茶入り煎茶

We determine which are the most fragrant tea leaves and use our ingenuity to make the aroma even more remarkable when heating to create this blend of fresh verdure green, stoneground Uji Matcha.

美味しい淹れかた

<急須で入れる場合(2人分標準)>

1. 急須に茶葉3g(大さじ軽く1杯)を入れます。
　Place 3g of tea leaves into pot.

2. 95℃に冷ましたお湯200mlを注ぎます。
　Pour 200ml of hot water cooled to 95℃.

3. 浸出時間約20秒置いて、最後の一滴まで残さず注ぎ切ってください。
　Let it steep for about 20 seconds and pour out every last drop.

※お湯は一度沸騰したものをお使いください。
※熱湯の取り扱いには十分ご注意ください。
　Please use boiled water, and be careful when handling boiling water.

<冷茶のつくり方(水出し茶ポット使用)>

1. ポットに茶葉10g(大さじ2杯)を入れます。
　Place 10g of tea leaves into pot.

2. 冷水1000mlを注ぎます。
　Pour 1000ml of cold water.

3. 約20分待って茶葉をよくふって取り出してください。
　Let the tea steep for about 20 minutes and then shake well to remove the tea leaves.

※お作りになった冷茶は、冷蔵庫で保存の上、1日以内にお飲みください。
　Store in the refrigerator and drink it within one day.
