大容量簡易包装シリーズ | Tea Instructions
美味しい淹れかた
渋味と旨味が調和する豊かな味わいです。
①急須に茶葉3g(大さじ軽く1杯)を入れます。
②70℃にさましたお湯40mlを注ぎます。
③約1分おいて最後の一滴まで残さず注ぎきってください。
《水出し茶のつくり方》
①冷茶ポットに茶葉15gを入れます。
②冷水1000mlを注ぎ、冷蔵庫に入れます。
③約90分おいて、茶葉を取り除いてからお飲みください。
Kabusecha is literally the covered tea.
It has both of a rich taste and a refreshing flavor.
Directions (For 1 serving)
①Place 3g (about 1 tbsp) of tealeaves into a pot.
②Pour 40ml of hot water (70℃).
③Steep it for 1min. Then pour the tea to the last drop.
For cold brew tea
①Place 15g of tealeaves into a glass pot.
②Pour 1000ml of cold water and keep it in the refrigerator.
③Steep it for 90min. Then remove the tealeaves before you drink.
