ほうじ茶
①急須に茶葉3g(大さじ山盛り1杯)を入れます。②熱湯130mlを注ぎます。③約30秒おいて最後の一滴まで残さず注ぎきってください。
水出し茶のつくり方
①冷茶ポットに茶葉15gを入れます。②冷水1000mlを注ぎ、冷蔵庫に入れます。③約90分おいて、茶葉を取り除いてからお飲みください。
Directions (For 1 serving)
①Place 3g (about 1 tbsp full) of tealeaves into a pot.②Pour 130ml of boiling water.③Steep it for 30sec. Then pour the tea to the last drop.
For cold brew tea
①Place 15g of tealeaves into a glass pot.②Pour 1000ml of cold water and keep it in the refrigerator.③Steep it for 90min. Then remove the tealeaves before you drink.
