白い茎ほうじ茶
使用しているのは、ほうじ茶には珍しい、抹茶の原料になる「碾茶(てんちゃ)」の茎。
普通のかりがねよりやわらかい碾茶の茎は、通常の焙じ方だと焦げてしまうため、遠赤外技術で優しく丁寧に焙じて仕上げました。
そのため、当社従来品のほうじ茶に比べ、白っぽい色合いが特徴です。
茎がもつ、甘くかんばしい香りや、透き通った琥珀色の水色(すいしょく)を愉しんだあと、口に含んでいただくと、渋味が少なく、すっきりとした甘い味わいが広がります。
お食事やお菓子のお供はもちろん、これから迎える秋冬の寒い日々、どうぞ身体をあたためてください。
美味しい淹れかた
①お好みの茶器に、茶葉4g(大さじ山盛り1杯)を入れます。
②茶葉4gに対し、130mlの割合で熱湯を注ぎます。
②約1分おいて、最後の一滴まで残さず注ぎきってください。

◆The popular aromatic Hojicha is now available again this year.
The stems of Tencha, the ingredient of Matcha (powdered Japanese tea), which is rare for Hojicha, are used.
The stems of Tencha, which are softer than regular Karigane, are roasted gently and carefully using far infrared technology to prevent them from being burnt in the normal roasting process.
Therefore, this stem tea is whiter than our conventional Hojicha.
After enjoying the sweet and fragrant aroma of the stems and the clear amber water color, the tea has a refreshing sweet taste with little astringency.
It is a perfect accompaniment to meals and sweets, and will warm you up during the cold autumn and winter days to come.
◆Please pour a generous amount into your favorite tea container, such as an earthenware kettle or a large teapot, pot, or mug bottle.
(1) Put 4g of tea leaves (1 heaping tablespoon) in your favorite tea container.
(2) Pour boiling water at a ratio of 130ml for 4g of tea leaves.
(3) Leave to infuse for about 1 minute, and pour off every last drop.
