煎茶八十八 110g缶
「八十八夜」とは、立春から数えてちょうど88日目にあたる日(5月2日頃)のこと。
煎茶八十八は、ちょうどこの頃に摘みとった茶葉でブレンドしてお作りした、香味の優れた煎茶です。

美味しい淹れかた(1人分)
1. 急須に茶葉3g (大さじ軽く1杯) を入れます。
2. 70℃にさましたお湯60mlを注ぎます。
3. 約1分半置いて、最後の1滴まで残さず注ぎきってください。
※お好みにより、茶葉の量・浸出時間を調整してください。
※一度お使いになった茶葉は、時間の経過で腐敗や変質しますので、必ず新しい茶葉とお取り替えください。
※熱湯の取り扱いには充分ご注意ください。

English Introduction
◆Aroma of lush spring from deep green tea leaves. Hachi-ju-Hachi means the 88th night from the start of Spring.
This is the time when we can pick the best tea of the year.
1. Place 3g (about 1 tbsp) of tealeaves into the pot.
2. Pour 60ml of hot water (70℃).
3. Steep it for 1.5 min. Then pour the tea to the last drop.
※Please adjust the amount of the tealeaves and steeping time if you like.
※Caution ! Be careful of hot water.
※Do not use leftover tealeaves again. Use up the contents as soon as possible. Store in a cool, dry place and avoid other lingering scent.
