煎茶「銀閣」は、茶どころ京都山城の伝統の技術を活かして作りあげた、さわやかな香味とやさしい後味をもつ煎茶です。

調和のとれた味わいは、朝の1杯、仕事や勉強中のひと時、食事中の1杯、軽く身体を動かしたあとの1杯などなど、どんなシーンにもよく合う一品。当社の人気商品のひとつとなっております。

ギフトにもお使いいただけるよう、缶にお詰めいたしました。
110g、と2番目に量の多い缶ですので、20～30杯ほどお飲みいただけます。

美味しい淹れかた(1人分)

こちらは一般的な美味しい淹れかたになります。

1.　お手持ちの急須やティーポットに、茶葉3g(大さじ軽く1杯)を入れます。
2.　70℃にさましたお湯60㎖を注ぎます。
3.　約1分半置いて、最後の一滴まで注ぎきってください。

沸騰させたお湯を茶葉にそのまま注ぐと、渋味が出やすくなってしまいます。
一度湯呑に移すなどしてから急須にそそぐと、飲むお湯の量も計れますし、お湯の温度が湯呑に移るため、ちょうど飲みやすい温度になり、美味しくお召し上がりいただけます。

※お好みにより、茶葉の量・浸出時間を調整してください。
※1度お使いになった茶葉は、時間の経過で腐敗や変質しますので、必ず新しい茶葉とお取替えください。
※熱湯の取り扱いには充分ご注意ください。

English Introduction

◆We produced the tea with a traditional method of Fukujuen.
Enjoy the refreshing flavor.

◆Directions (For 1 serving)
1. Place 3g (about 1 tbsp) of tealeaves into the pot.
2. Pour 60ml of hot water (70℃)
3.Steep it for 1.5min. Then pour the tea to the last drop.

◆How to cold brew Sencha
Put 2 spoonful (around 6g) of Sencha and 300ml of water in teapot or filtered water bottle, then place in the refrigerator for minimum 1 hour.

◆Notice
※ Please adjust the amount of the tealeaves and steeping time if you like.
※ Caution! : Be careful of hot water. Do not use leftover tealeaves again. Use up the contents as soon as possible.
※Store in a cool, dry place and avoid other lingering scent.
