淹れ方
湯温は、器から器に移すたびに、約5℃～10℃下がります。お使いになる急須や湯呑みを使っていただくと器も温まり、適温でお召し上がりいただけます。1煎目で抹茶はほとんどでてしまいます。2煎目は、熱湯100mlで約30秒おいてください。煎茶の香味をお楽しみいただけます。水出し茶でお楽しみいただく場合は、茶葉10gと冷水500mlで約20分おいてください。渋みの少ないまろやかな味わいのお茶になります。
The temperature of hot water drops about 5 to 10 ℃ when the water is transferred from one vessel to another. Using this nature of hot water, you can warm your teapot and cups as well as lower the temperature of hot water to the best temperature for your tea.
Most of the Matcha powder will be dissolved in the first serving. For the second serving, use 100ml of hot water and steep it for 30 seconds.
You can enjoy the taste of Sencha.
To make cold tea, use 10g of tealeaves per 500ml of cold water and leave it for about 20 min.
