It was made on the stone mill by grinding Tencha (material for Matcha) that was harvested only once a year in the carefully maintained tea garden.
The mysteriously deep green color of Matcha in the bowl is so captivating.
The outstanding taste and flavor will make you feel Mujyo-no-shiawase(very happy).
It is suitable for making Koicha or thick Matcha.When you make Koicha, use twice as much Matcha powder than Usucha or standard Matcha.
