旨味と渋味のバランスがちょうどよく、薄茶におすすめ

夏の暑い日には、冷抹茶やアイス抹茶ラテでも美味しくお召し上がりいただけます。

お抹茶の点て方(1人分)

1.茶碗に抹茶2g(小さじ2杯)を入れます。
2.80℃のお湯60mlを注いで、茶筅を使い、充分に泡立てます。

・冷抹茶の点て方
1.抹茶を約2～3g入れます。
2.お湯を50ml入れ、茶筅を使い、泡立てます。
3.点てた抹茶に、氷を2、3個入れます。
4..氷が半分くらい溶けて冷たくなったらお召し上がりください。

※点てた抹茶に氷を入れるため、通常より濃い目の抹茶を点ててください。

・This Matcha was made on the stone mill by grinding Tencha (material for Matcha) that was harvested by pickers only once a year.
It would make you feel purified. Please enjoy the supreme moment!It smells clean and tastes good.
It’s good for making Usucha or standard Matcha.

・Tips on how to make a bowl of delicious Matcha
Place 2g (2tsp) of Matcha into a Matcha bowl, pour 60ml of hot water (80℃) there, and dissolve the powder by moving a tea whisk quickly till the surface becomes frothy.
