水出しほうじ茶の作り方

フィルター付きボトルや大きめのティーポットに、ほうじ茶をスプーン3杯(約8g)と水500mlを入れ、冷蔵庫で1時間ほど置いてお召し上がりください。

普段は熱湯で淹れて香ばしい香りを楽しむほうじ茶を、冷水で抽出することですっきりとさらに旨味もお楽しみいただける飲み方です。

We roasted high quality green tea in Yamashiro, Kyoto, the most famous green tea producing area in Japan.
The golden brownish tea has a toasty aroma.

◆How to cold brew Houjicha
Put 3 spoonful (around 8g) of Houjicha and 500ml of water in teapot or filtered water bottle, then place in the refrigerator for minimum 1 hour.
Enjoy the refreshing taste and umami of Houjicha driven out from the slow cold brew process.
