玉露 金閣
玉露「金閣」は、茶どころ京都山城の伝統の技術を活かし、茶摘み前に茶園に覆いをかけ、日光をさえぎり、特有の香気と旨味を引き出したお茶です。
おいしい淹れかた
1.急須に茶葉3g(大さじ軽く1杯)を入れます。
2.40℃にさましたお湯30mlを入れます。
3.約2分半おいて、最後の一滴まで残さず注ぎきってください。
<お水出しの場合>
フィルター付きボトルや大きめのティーポットに、スプーン2杯(約6g)と水300ml入れ、冷蔵庫の中で1時間ほど置いてお召し上がり下さい。
お召し上がり時のご注意
※一度お使いになった茶葉は、時間の経過で腐敗や変質しますので、必ず新しい茶葉とお取り替えください。
※熱湯の取り扱いには充分ご注意ください。
English Introduction
◆Gyokuro is the highest grade of Japanese tea, which is cultivated in shaded tea fields to avoid direct sunlight.
It has the unique sweetness and mild taste of Gyokuro.
We have produced the tea with a traditional method of Fukujuen.
◆Directions
1. Place 3g (about 1 tbsp) of tealeaves into the pot.
2. Pour 30ml of hot water (40℃).
3. Steep it for 2.5min. Then pour the tea to the last drop.
◆How to cold brew Gyokuro
Put 2 spoonful (around 6g) of Gyokuro and 300ml of water in teapot or filtered water bottle, then place in the refrigerator for minimum 1 hour.
◆Notice
※ Please adjust the amount of the tealeaves and steeping time if you like.
※ Caution! : Be careful of hot water. Do not use leftover tealeaves again. Use up the contents as soon as possible.
※Store in a cool, dry place and avoid other lingering scent.
