We have combined traditional Uji Matcha and French Opera cake together.
As an opera is a mix of arts,"Kokonoe" is composed of the nine layers of almond sponge cake and Matcha cream.
A rich taste of almond and a little bitterness of Matcha make an ideal combination.
We hope you will enjoy eating the cake and feel the tradition of Uji Matcha.
